10am-6pm Wilcox Health Sports and Fitness Expo Open, Grand Hyatt Ballroom
Wilcox Health Physical Therapists are available if you have any questions before your run. They will also demonstrate stretches with foam rollers on demand and provide lower leg kinesio taping (while supplies last). A free video booth is also available throughout the day with a 360-degree camera. Wilcox Health Booth.
10:30am Course advice with runner extraordinaire AND TKM Champion Tyler McCandless, located outside of the Grand Ballroom next to the Kauai Coffee Booth and course maps
3-5pm Happy Hour Brennecke’s Beach Broiler at Poipu Beach
4pm -9pm Carbo Load dinner specials, Sushi Night Presented by Brennecke’s Beach Broiler at Poipu Beach

7:30am Morning Fun Run (3 miles), End of Poipu Road, just past the Grand Hyatt Kauai Resort
8am Yoga Class on the Grand Ballroom Lawn – hosted by lululemon
9am Wilcox Health Keiki Run, Ocean Lawn at Poipu End of Grand Hyatt Kauai

4am-5am – Shuttles to the start line, Grand Hyatt West Entrance
LAST BUS LEAVES AT 5AM
4:30am Start line festivities, Poipu Shopping Village – Please be at the start corral in front of Koloa Landing Resort no later than 5:30am
4:30am to 5:15am Parking on Kiahuna Plantation Drive, Poipu Road is closed as of 5:15am
6am Start of full and half marathon, Poipu Road
8am Start of finish line activities, Koloa Landing Resort Lawn
8am Welcome
8:05am Kyle LaBenz to perform Hawaiian Style
9am Half Marathon Awards Ceremony
10am Tsunami Taiko
10:45am – Full Marathon Awards
12pm – Final Announcements and Mahalos
1pm – Final shuttle bus back to Grand Hyatt parking areas
3-5pm Happy Hour Brennecke’s Beach Broiler at Poipu Beach to celebrate your finish!
