The 17th Annual Kauaʻi Marathon & Half Marathon: Where Ocean Meets Sky
It’s that time of year again, and the air is alive and buzzing with excitement! The much-anticipated 17th Annual Kauaʻi Marathon & Half Marathon is right around the corner, and we can’t wait to support and cheer on this year’s runners.
This is Holoholo Charters’ fourteenth year proudly sponsoring Kauaʻi’s inspiring local runners, and runners from all over the globe, who gather together from all walks of life on the beautiful Garden Isle for one of the most stunning courses in the marathon circuit.
The festivities kick off with The Sports and Fitness Expo on Friday, September 4, from 10am-6pm, and on Saturday, September 5, from 9am-4pm. Come on down to the Grand Ballroom at the Grand Hyatt Kauaʻi Resort and Spa to check in for the race, pick up race material, and shop a wide variety of official Kauaʻi Marathon gear.
Both the full and half marathons start on Sunday, September 6, 2026, at 6am sharp. Runners of all ages will take off from sunny Poʻipū 1/4 mile west of the Poʻipū Shopping Village staging area. Poʻipū Shopping Village is located at 2360 Kiahuna Plantation Drive, Kōloa, HI 96756. All runners should be in the start corral by 5:30am.
